At the Law Office of Franklin J. Furlett, we have represented many thousands of clients in real estate closings.  We know that even when a real estate contract looks simple or routine, there are often big problems hiding in the fine print.  The Law Office of Franklin J. Furlett is highly experienced in real property laws.  Our lead attorney, Franklin J Furlett was on the committee that drafted the original MAP contract in coordination with the Northwest Bar Association and the Realty Boards over 30 years ago.  This document is currently called the Multi-Board Residential Real Estate Contract, and it is the underpinning of most Residential Real property transactions in Northern Illinois.
